LIFE AND DEATH IN INDIA

This story which I am going to tell you now is set in India where I come from. This story is set in the time when Pakistan, India and Bangladesh were together. Once upon a time there was a princess called Savitri. Her father's name was king Ashvapathi. Savitri woke up on her wedding day and although she had different feelings about her wedding but Savitri happily maried Satyavan. The night of the wedding King Ashvapathi's maids came greet Savitri about her wedding. After the wedding they lived happily and Savitri also happily helped in Satyavan's work which was to chop trees for people. But one day the Ruler of the Dead came and took Satyavan. Savitri followed Yama who was the Ruler of the Dead. At last Yama killed Satyavan. Savitri cried so much but at last Savitri said to Yama'' you have killed Satyavan so now you will have to give me a nice boy''. So Yama gave a little boy to Savitri. and now Savitri lived happily with that boy.
