My Special People
by Davis M.
My special people are my mom and dad. She was born in Houston, Texas. My mom has light brown hair down to her shoulders. She is around 5 ft. 9 in. tall and has a long but wide head. She has a nice nose which I like. She has straight white teeth. She has rosy red cheeks when she is working in the garden or running. She has no freckles. She has not too immense and not too microscopic but just the right size ears. She owns her own company which markets products. She is special to me because she buys me stuff, is nice, takes me places, cooks me my meals, washes my clothes and is flexible with her work.
My dad is also special to me. He was born in Manhattan, New York. He is around 6 ft. tall. He is bald on top of his head and has black hair on the sides. He wears glasses and has brownish-green eyes. He has a good-sized nose and has no freckles. He has straight white teeth like my mom. My dad has the same size ears as my mom but he can wiggle them. He travels a lot around the world because he markets products for a large sports company. When he is home he plays wall ball with me and shoots hoops. He is special to me because he brings me to fun places and to fun events like the World Cup, the Olympics, and to tennis tournaments.

My cousin is a 15 year old boy, he is skinny and tall. He has very dark brown hair and black beady eyes. He lives in Madrid, Spain. His name is Jose' Antonio.
Although he is 15 and I am 10 whenever I visit him we always have a super great time together. Even if we have 5 years difference in age we will always
have fun for years to come.
We mostly go to the arcades and play on the computers. We sometimes go shopping together. In fact he would go many places with me. He was the one who taught me how to ride a bicycle. So that is why he is so special to me.

My special person is my grandmother. She has white hair, black eyes and a face that looks like a lemon.
She used to get me goodies and play with me when my mom was at work.
She speaks a little bit of Japanese and English. She was a nurse when she was thiery years old so she can make me better when I am ill. I also remember when my Grandma made me well again when I had a very high fever in winter.
She taught me lots of other things I didn't know. She was 75 years old at that time but she is still alive and she is now 80 years old.
She told me about the wartime in 1950 (in Korea) and about her childhood. I think she is a wonderful person.
