On the island of Aphrodite it is very warm so everyone on my island lives in villas near the mountain, near the beach or near a small town. The villas are air-conditioned and have a swimming pool in them. The villas each have a garage and normally 4 - 6 bedrooms . They have a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, study and not all of them are on 2 floors. The villas are very Spanish-looking and lovely. There are balconies in every room and everyone has its own shower and bathroom etc. There are also flats were people can live and you can rent them or you may buy them. Remember, the swimming pool is shared with all the other residents of the flat. The villas have very good security fitted with alarms. They are very easy to get out of in case of a fire or emergency. The villas located near the beach are on poles in case of floods. The villas come in all different sizes and prices and they have a lot of palm trees around them as well.
