We feel that Arnaud is attending a class of the next millenium. Thanks to his teacher, he has become computer literate and loves to surf on the net and to show his class's work. Very few parents from other schools can believe that Arnaud is consulting for his homework on the net!
The only inconvenience is that my son knows now much more than I do about computers and the internet .... which positively stimulates me !
I think having a class web-site is a very good idea, because people
from all over the world can look at it and they can take some ideas from our projects. I also like that our children can communicate with other children by e-mail.
I know the students are very proud of their work too. They have been enjoying working on the projects , but putting their projects on a web site made them even more enthusiastic.
I gave the address to all our friends and relatives who live in different countries and also to Erol's sister who is going to university in the U.S.A. They were all so happy and proud too. They let us know that they have really enjoyed visiting the web site.
I have been in contact with the father of one of your students for about four
months now. Together with my father, and another person from the USA
we are attempting to find the link between our families and continue to
trace our origin back further. N's father suggested that we all over here
look at N's project. Her parents and those of us over here are very
proud of her work.
