Argentina

The official language of the country is Spanish although there are other languages as well. The money used is called Argentine peso. Argentina is a republic and the captial city is Buenos Aires. The president is Carlos Menem.

The vegetation in Argentina is a mixture of mountain vegetation, grasslands and desert. We will be passing through the capital city of Buenos Aires on our longitude

During September for out trip the lowest temperature is 6 degrees Celsius and the high is around 19 degrees. We will bring trousers, t-shirts sweatshirts and proper shoes (not flimsey sandals).

Several vaccinations are recommended including yellow fever.
