Paraguay

The official language of the country is Spanish although there are other languages as well. The money used is called Paraguay "Guaran’". Paraguay is a republic and the captial city is Asuncion. The president is Juan Carlos Wasmosy.

The vegetation in Bolivia is both grasslands and tropical forest. We plan to go through the city of Filadelfia on a plain called the chaco on our longitude.

During September for out trip the lowest temperature is 6 degrees Celsius and the high is around 19 degrees. We will bring trousers, t-shirts sweatshirts and proper shoes and a coat for when we are travelling at higher altitudes.

We were not required to have any vaccinations before coming to Paraguay. However several vaccinations are recommended.
