We landed in Hong Kong and went straight to the market. Nicky and I were both looking for a skateboard and we had heard a lot about shopping in Hong Kong. We had been told that we could buy the best of anything for a very reasonable price --and it was true. They had everything. Nicky found a perfect skateboard and so did I. I also got a jade neckalce for my Mom and an eraser pen for my Dad. Then we went out to a restaurant for dinner where we both had "sweet and sour chicken", a typical Chinese meal.

The next day we went straight to the zoo which was fantastic. My favourite animal was the baby panda bear. We spent the day there and had dinner at our hotel. On the final day we had warm rice for breakfast and went to an amusement park. Finally, we left for The Philippines.
